Barbelns minsta f\u00e5ngststorlek \u00e4r 30 cm, men den kan n\u00e5 en storlek p\u00e5 80 cm och en vikt p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 5 kg. Barbellen \u00e4r en mycket t\u00e4vlingsinriktad fisk, vilket g\u00f6r den perfekt f\u00f6r en sp\u00e4nnande sportfiskeutflykt.
