The Grayling is one of Europe’s most popular fly-fishing species, which has seen quite a steep decline in population around the continent. Adriatic Grayling: May 16th – November 30th

Fishermen use techniques of spinning, fishing with float and ground fishing.
Season: July 1st – April 30th
Slovenian record: 266cm, 99kg (218lbs) and 237 cm, 115kg (253 lbs)
Fishing guides
I graduated in forestry engineering, but fishing has been a passion of mine since I was 3 years old when my dad first took me fishing. I enjoy all types of fishing techniques, but for the past 20 years I have focused mainly on fly fishing and spin fishing. Nymphing is still my favourite. I’ve gained my experience while fishing on practically every Slovenian river and lake. I’m fluent in English and German.
