Inquiry

This predatory fish feeds primarily on smaller fish, crustaceans and tiny invertebrates. It lives in the Adriatic and is also common in the eastern Atlantic, the waters of the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. The sea bass likes to stay in the brackish water, more precisely in river mouths, which makes the Gulf of Piran a perfect Sea Bass habitat. It spawns from January to March. Its back is metallic grey and its belly silver-white. Sea Bass grow up to 1 m and can weigh more than 10 kg.
